Privacy policy
- Elevation Tracker does not collect any location or health data until you press the Start Tracking button, and it stops collecting data when you press the Stop Tracking button.
- On its own, Elevation Tracker only collects location data from your phone's GPS receiver. When your phone is paired with an Apple Watch, and you accept the on-screen request for Health data access, Elevation Tracker also reads your heart rate from your watch's optical heart rate sensor, and your calories burned from the Health app, and saves your workout to the Activity app. If you accept this access, you can still disable it later from your phone's privacy settings.
- Any data collected remains on your device unless you use the Export or Update from DB functions. Your data is not shared with the developers of Elevation Tracker or any third party.
- You can remove past data from your device at any time by deleting routes from the History tab in Elevation Tracker and deleting workouts from the Activity app.
